Rachael is a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) and a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher who sees adolescents, adults, and seniors. She utilizes several evidence-based therapies including EMDR and Trauma-Responsive Yoga. She specializes in working with survivors of trauma and has extensive experience working with eating disorders, as well as mood and anxiety disorders.
