Lauren is a licensed therapist serving primarily individual adults through telehealth sessions, locally and statewide. She specializes in helping those who are ‘stuck’—addressing matters such as anxiety; low mood; trauma; grief and loss, including pet loss; and processing relationship issues and life’s adjustments. Lauren uses cognitive behavior therapy, strengths-based solution-focused therapy, and other evidence-based practices. She is currently receiving intensive training in clinical hypnosis through the world-renowned Milton H. Erickson Foundation. She is supervised by Rachael Jorgensen, LISW, manager of Rachael Jorgensen, PLLC.
